| dc.description.abstract | Geçmişin bilgisini orijinal haliyle muhafaza eden, zamanın örf ve adetleri, kurumları, ictimaî, iktisâdî, kültürel, siyasî vb. unsurları hakkında son derece mühim, güvenilir ve detaylı içeriğe sahip olan arşivler milletlerin en değerli hazinesidir. Adaletli yönetim sistemi ve kurumlarıyla üç kıtada hâkimiyet kurmuş olan Osmanlı Devleti, Türklerin eski dönemlerden beri devam ettirdikleri arşiv geleneğini aynı özeni göstererek sürdürmüştür. Osmanlı tarihi kaynakları arasında da ?Mahkeme Sicilleri?nin son derece önemli bir yer tuttuğu bilinmektedir.Bu çalışmada öncelikle Bursa tarihinden ve Mahkeme Sicillerinden genel olarak bahsedildi. Ardından cami, türbe, medrese, zaviye ve imaret gibi dinî yapıların Osmanlı'da çok yaygın olan vakıf sistemiyle kurulmuş ve yürütülüyor olmaları sebebiyle vakıflara ve vakıf sistemine değinildi. Osmanlı Devleti'ne ait en eski defterlere sahip olan Bursa Mahkeme Sicillerinden 19. yüzyılın ilk çeyreğinde tutulan 87 defter bu araştırma kapsamında incelendi. Konu gereği Hicrî 1215-1240 yılları arasındaki kayıtlardan Bursa'daki dinî yapıların inşa, tamir ve restorasyonları ile ilgili görülen belgeler tespit edildi. Bu belgelerin transkripsiyonları yapıldı ve özellikle tamir işlerinde çalışanlar, kullanılan malzemeler, tamir edilmesi gereken yerlerle ilgili bir değerlendirme kısmı hazırlandı. Ayrıca belgeler ışığında bir lügatçe oluşturuldu. Çalıştığımız belgelerden ve daha önceki çalışmalardan istifade ederek de yapılarda oluşan hasarların nedenlerinden örnekler vererek bahsedildi. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | Keeping the knowledge of the past in its originality and having the significant, reliable and detailed information on custom, establishments, social, economical, cultural and political issues of the time in question, archives is an important treasure of a nation. Ottoman Empire carried on keeping records as other Turkic states did. Between the sources of Ottoman history, it is well known that the "Law Court Registers" take very special place for their importance.First of all, in this study, history of Bursa and ?Law Court Registers? are studied in general. Then it is tried to mention mosques, tombs, madrasas, dervish lodges, the religious structures such as foundation system which was so spread in the Ottoman Empire and were established and carried out these foundations and the foundation system. In the first quarter of the 19th century Bursa "Law Court Registers" held 87 registers. These registers, which belong to the dates 1215-1240 AH, are studied. Documents related to the repair and restoration of the buildings are detected and selected. These documents are transliterated into modern Turkish. An evaluation has been made on restored buildings, repair workers and the materials used in restorations. In addition, a vocabulary has been created according to documents. Taking advantages of earlier studies as well, some inferences are made about the damages of the buildings and given some examples for them. | en_US |
