| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışma İmam Şevkânî’ye göre taharet konusundaki şerʿî ruhsatları ele almayı hedeflemektedir. Giriş ve üç bölümden oluşan bu araştırmanın giriş bölümünde araştırmanın önemi, yöntemi, ele alınan mesele ve önceki çalışmalar hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Birinci bölümde İmam Şevkânî’nin hayatı ve ilmi konumundan bahsedilmektedir. İkinci bölümde şer’i ruhsatın tarifi yapılıp türleri işlenmekte, ruhsatların delilleri ve onları mubah kılıcı sebepler ortaya koyulmaktadır. Üçüncü bölümde ise İmam Şevkânî’ye göre taharet konusundaki şer’i ruhsatlar diğer mezheplerin görüşleriyle karşılaştırmalı bir şekilde ele alınmaktadır. Bu bölümde yolculuğun, hastalığın, acizliğin, unutmanın, hayız ve nifas hallerinin taharete etkileri incelenmektedir. Çalışma İmam Şevkânî’nin taharet konusundaki görüşlerinin dört mezhebin görüşleriyle uyumlu olduğunu göstermiştir. Onun içtihatları dört mezhebin görüşlerine aykırı değildir. Taharet örneğinde ortaya konulan şeri ruhsatların, dini mükellefiyetleri nasıl kolaylaştırdığı konusuna küçük de olsa bir katkıda bulunması umulmaktadır. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this study is to examine religious concessions in purification matters according to Imam Shawkānī's perspective. This study consists of an introduction and three chapters. The introduction includes the significance of the research, the methodology, the issue being addressed and the literature review. The first chapter gives the biography and scientific achievements of Imam Shawkānī. In the second chapter, the thesis highlights the description of the religious concessions, its types and brings to fore, proofs for religious concessions as well as reasons that make them available. The third chapter cross-examines religious concessions according to Imam Shawkānī and the other school of Islamic jurisprudence (madhhab). In addition, the effects of travel, illness, incapability, forgetfulness, menstruation and postnatal blood on purification are examined. This study shows that Imam Shawkāni's views on religious purification are in line with the views of four schools of Islamic jurisprudence; his deductions are not far from the views of the four schools of jurisprudence. In addition, this study has shown with the example of purification, at least to some extent, how regilious concessions facilitates religious obligations. | en_US |
