Abstract
Elastik örme dokularının kullanım alanlarında ve üretimler inde son yıllarda gözle görül tir bir artış kaydedilmiştir. Bu nedenle "Tıbbi Amaçlar İçin Kullanılan Örme Dokularının Elde Edilme Yöntemleri Ve Özellikleri" konulu tez çalışmasında çeşitli iplik malzemesi ve örgü türleri ile uygulama yapılarak elde edilen örme dokularının fiziksel özellikleri incelenmiştir. Bu amaç için yün, yün+elastan, PES ve PES+elastan iplik malzemeleri ile RR-Normal, RR-2 /1, (lastik), RR-Milano rib, ve RR-Punto di roma (çelikli) örgüleri üzerinde uygulamalar yapılmıştır. Yapılan uygulamalar bir düz el örme makinasında gerçekleştirilmiş olup, elde edilen 16 farklı örme dokusu boyut büzülmeleri (en ve boy), sıklık (sıra/cm, çubuk/cm, ilmek/cm²), ağırlık, hava geçirgenliği, kopma yükü ve kopma uzaması açılarından birbirleri ile karşılaştırılarak, bunların tıbbi bakımdan olumlu yönleri belirtilmiştir.
There are considerable development in the manifacturing and the use of the elastic knitted fabrics in the recent years. Therefore in the study of "The manifacturing methods and the properties of the knitted fabrics for the medical purposes" the knitted fabrics which were produced by the use of various types of yarns and the structures have been tested for the physical properties. For this purpose wool, woo+elasthane, PES and PES+elasthane yarn materials with the stuctures of RR-Normal, RR-2/1, RR-Milano rib and RR-Punto di roma have been knitted. The knitted fabrics have been achieved on the manuel knitting machine, and the sixteen different fabrics have been compared far the shrinkage (width and length), stitch density (wale/cm, course/cm, and stitch/1 cm²), weight, air permeability, breaking load and the extension. Then the medical advantages of above knitted fabrics have been pointed out.
