dc.description.abstractBovine Somatotropin protein yapıda bir hormondur ve ticari olarak üretilen formları süt sığırlarında süt verimini artırmak için kullanılmaktadır. Bovine Somatotropin 'in süt verimi üzerine olan olumlu etkisi bazı metabolik olaylarda değişime yol açmasıyla ortaya çıkmaktadır. Bu etkinin meydana gelmesi için bakım ve beslemenin iyi şartlarda olması gerekmektedir. Hormonun uygulandığı süt sığırlarında süt veriminin artmasıyla birlikte besin maddesi gereksinmelerinin de yükseldiği, fakat yaşama payı gereksinmelerinin sabit kalmasından dolayı birim süt üretimi maliyetinin düştüğü ifade edilmektedir. Bovine Somatotropin 'in süt bileşenleri üzerine bir etkisinin olmadığı gösterilmiştir. Bovine Somatotropin 'in süt sığırlarına sadece enjekte edilerek uygulanması, saha şartlardaki kullanım yaygınlığını sınırlamaktadır.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractBovine Somatotropin is a protein hormone and its forms those are produced commercially are used to increase milk production in dairy cattle. The positive effect of Bovine Somatotropin on milk production occurs through bringing about to changes of some metabolic events. In order to obtain this effect, the management and nutrition conditions must be good. It is expressed that the nutrient requirements also increase along with increasing of milk production of dairy cows that are injected this hormone, bul the cost for the synthesis of a unit of milk decreases because the mainfenance requirement are fixed. lt is demonstrated that there is no effect of Bovine Somatotropin on milk compositions. As Bovine Somatotropin is only applied with injecting, its wide spread of usage is limited in fleld conditions.en_US
