Tezsiz yüksek lisans programının öğrencilerin öğretmenlik mesleğine ilişkin tutumlarına etkisi

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı tezsiz yüksek lisans programının öğrencilerin öğretmenlik mesleğine ilişkin tutumlarına etkisini tespit etmektir. Araştırma Uludağ Üniversitesi tezsiz yüksek lisans programı öğrencileri üzerinde yapılmıştır. Öğrencilere tezsiz yüksek lisans programına başlarken ve mezun olurken “Öğretmenlik Mesleğine İlişkin Tutum Ölçeği” uygulanmıştır. Sonuçta, tezsiz yüksek lisans programına girişte, öğrencilerin öğretmenlik mesleğine ilişkin tutumlarının yüksek olduğu ve bu programın öğrencilerin öğretmenlik mesleğine ilişkin tutumlarına bir etkisinin olmadığı belirlenmiştir.

The aim of this study is to determine the effects of the non-thesis master’s program on students' attitudes towards the teaching profession. This study was conducted on students in the non- thesis masters program at Uludag University. Students were given the test "Attitude Scale for the Teaching Profession" before entering and after finishing the non-thesis masters program. It was found that there is no significant difference between these two test results which means that this non-thesis masters program did not affect the students' attitudes towards teaching profession.
