dc.description.abstractKrural defektlerin onarımında fasiokütan fleplerin popiilarilesi günden güne artmaktadır. "İnferior lateral thigh flep"; çapraz bacak "cross leg", fokal ada veya serbest flep olarak kruris defektlerinde kullanalabilecek fasiokütan fleplere iyi bir örnektir. İnferior lateral thigh flep" aterosklerotik vasküler yapıya sahip ve her iki bacakta dolaşım problemi olan bir sağ krural açık fraktürlü olguda kullanıldı ve tatminkar sonuç alındı.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractPopularity of fasciocutaneous flaps for the repair of cranial defects has been increasing day by day. inferior Lateral Thigh Flap is one good example of fasciocutaneous flaps that could be used as cross leg, local island or free flap in chiral defects. Inferior Lateral Thigh Flap was performed at a right crural open fracture case in spite of atherosclertic vascular stnicture and circulatory problems at both cruris and it was obtained a satisfactory result.en_US
