İslâm iktisat düşüncesinde adalet ilkesinin temellendirilmesi ve hükümlere yansıması

Abstract

İslâm iktisadının, kendisini seküler iktisadî sistemlerden ayırıp kendine mahsus bir disiplin haline getiren ilkeleri bulunmakta ve adalet ilkesi bu ilkelerin en önemlilerinden birini oluşturmaktadır. Adalet olgusu, önemine binaen İslâm iktisadına dair kaleme alınan eserlerde sıklıkla vurgulanmakla birlikte ilgili kaynaklarda bu kavramın mahiyetine ve nasıl temellendirildiğine dair yeterli bilgi verilmediği görülmektedir. Tezimiz, adalet kavramını, kısmen felsefe/hukuk felsefi, daha çok kelam ve İslâm hukuku disiplinleri bağlamında ele alarak, -İslâm iktisadı özelinde- adalet ilkesinin mahiyetini ve temellendirilmesini ortaya koyabilmeyi ve böylece ilgili kavram hakkında okuyucuya bütünlüklü bir perspektif sağlayabilmeyi hedeflemektedir.

Islamic economics has principles that separate it from secular economıc systems and make it a discipline for itself, and the principle of justice is one of the most important of these principles. Although the phenomenon of justice is frequently emphasized in written works on Islamıc economics, it is seen that there is not enough information about the nature of this concept and how it is based. Our thesis aims to demonstrate the nature and justification of the principle of justice -in terms of Islamic economıcs- by dealing with the concept of justıce partly in the context of philosophy / legal philosophy, mostly Islamıc theology and Islamic law disciplines. And thus, it also aims to provide the reader an integrated perspective on the mentioned concept.
