Abstract
Mesane tümörünün tedavisinde ve prognozunun apt asında tümörün morfolojisi ve tümörün kas içi yayılım derecesinin saptanması çok önem taşır. Bu amaçla, poli sistografi ve çift kontrastlı sistografi birlikte uygulanmıştır. Bu iki yöntemi bir arada kullanarak, mesane tümörlü yirmi hastada tümörün detrusor içi yayılım derecesi % 94,4 oranında doğru saptanmıştır. Karbondioksit kontrastlı polisistografi (KKP) adını verdiğimiz bu yöntemin kolay uygulanabilirliği ve hiç bir komplikasyonu olmadığı, araştırmamız sonucu, ortaya çıkmıştır.
To plan the treatment and to determine the prognosis of carcinoma of bladder, accurate knowledge of the morphology and degree of infiltration of the tumor is very important. Poly Cystography and double contrast cystography have been used together for this purpose. We have established the degree of infiltration of bladder carcinoma accurately in 94.4 % of 20 patients by combining these two investigations. As the result of our research it has been confirmed that this method (we named it carbon dioxide contrast polycystography) was easily applied and had no complication.
