dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada azotlu gübre çeşitleri ve aşırı miktarlarının ıspanak bitkisinin (Spinacia oleraceae L.) verim, nitrat ve kimi mineral madde kapsamı üzerine etkileri araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla serada bir saksı denemesi kurulmuştur. Bitkilere azot üç değişik azotlu gübre (üre, amonyum sülfat, amonyum nitrat) ve altı ayrı doz (0, 25, 50, 100, 200, 400 kg N/da) halinde uygulanmıştır. Deneme sonunda hasat edilen bitkilerde kuru madde, nitrat ve mineral madde miktarları belirlenmiştir. Azotlu gübre çeşit ve aşırı miktarlarının ıspanak bitkisinin kuru madde miktarı, nitrat, toplam-N, P, K, Na, Ca, Mg, Mn ve Cu kapsamları üzerine etkileri istatistiksel olarak %1 düzeyinde önemli bulunmasına karşın, Fe ve Zn kapsamları üzerine olan etkileri önemsiz olmuştur.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractIn this study, the effects of different nitrogenous fertilizers and excess amounts of these fertilizers on the yield, nitrate and some mineral nutrient content of spinach (Spinacia oleraceae L.) were investigated. With this purpose a pot experiment was carried out in greenhouse. Nıtrogen was applied at six different rates (0, 25, 50, 100, 200, 400 kg N/da) as three different nitrogenous fertilizers. After harvest, dry matter, nitrate and some mineral nutrient contents of the plants were determined. The effects of diferent nitrogenous fertilizers on the dry matter yield, nitrate, total-N, P, K, Na, Mg, Mn and Cu contents of spinach were found to be statistically signifıcant at 1 % level, svhereas the effects of these factors on the Fe and Zn contents of spinach were non-signifıcant.en_US
