Bir vaka dolayısıyle chiari-frommel sendromu hakkında

Abstract

Ender görülen bir hastalık olan Chiari-Frommel sendromlu bir hasta sunulmuştur. Bu hastada galactorrhea ve amenorrhea 6 yıl önce, ilk doğumdan sonra ortaya çıkmış, iki defa terme erişemeyen spontan gebelik meydana gelmiş, fakat gene de semptomlar devam etmiştir. Bu vak'a nedeni ile literatür araştırması yapılmış, Chiari-Frommel sendromu geniş bir şekilde tartışılmıştır.
