Cemâleddîn el-Hısnî ve el-Keşf an ahkâmi’l-hemze fi’l-vakf li Hişâm ve Hamza adlı eseri: Tahkik ve tahlil

Abstract

Osmanlı döneminde yaşayan, Batman’da doğan, Şam Emevî Camiî Şeyhü’l-kurrâ’larından Cemâleddîn el-Hısnî 40 yıl kadar süren hayatı boyunca birçok eser kaleme almış önemli bir ilim adamıdır. Bir dönem İstanbul’da Kıraat dersleri veren Hısnî, buradaki talebelerin isteği üzerine Vakf-ı Hamza ve Hişâm meselesi üzerine el-Keşf anahkâmi’l-hemze fi’l-vakf li Hişâm ve Hamza adlı eseri telif etmiştir. Hakkında herhangi bir çalışma bulunmayan Cemâleddîn el-Hısnî’nin ve el-Keşf anahkâmi’l-hemze fi’l-vakf li Hişâm ve Hamza adlı eserininin ilim dünyasına kazandırılmasını hedefleyen bu çalışma giriş ve üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Girişte araştırmanın konusu, önemi, amacı, metodu ve kaynakları hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Brinci bölümde, Müellifin hayatı, ilmî kişiliği ve eseleri etraflıca ele alınmıştır. Söz konusu meselelere dair bulgular öncelikle müellifin kendi eserlerinden, daha sonra müellifin mensup olduğu ilim geleneğinin kendisi hakkında söylediklerinden ve tabakat eserlerinden tespit edilmiş ve ortaya konmuştur. Ayrıca müellife nispet edilen eserler matbusu bulunanlar, yazma halde olanlar ve henüz nüshasına ulaşılamayan eserler olarak tasnif edilmiş ve yazma halde olanların yerleri tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmamızın ikinci bölümünde, el-Keşf an ahkâmi’l-hemze fi’l-vakf li Hişâm ve Hamza adlı eserin ismi ve müellife aidiyeti tespit edilmiş, Hısnî’nin eseri telif sebebi ortaya konmuş, muhteva ve metot analizi yapılmak suretiyle eser tahlil edilmiştir. Ayrıca müellifin eserde kullandığı kaynaklar tespit edilip söz konusu eserler hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. Araştırmanın üçüncü bölümünde el-Keşf’in tahkikli neşri yapılmıştır.

Camāl al-dīn al-Hısnī, who lived in the Ottoman period, was born in Batman, and was one of the Shaykh al-kurra of the Damascus Umayya Mosque, is an important scholar who wrote many works in his 40-year life. Hısnī, who gave recitation lessons in Istanbul for a while, wrote al-Qashf an Ahkâmi'l-hemze Fi'l-waqf li Hisâm and Hamza upon the request of the students here, on the issue of Waqf-ı Hamza and Hisham. This study, which aims to bring the work of Camāl al-dīn al-Hısnī's and el-Qashf and Ahkâmi'l-hemze Fi'l-waqf li Hisâm and Hamza, which has no studies about it, to the world of science, consists of an introduction and three parts. In the introduction, information is given about the subject, importance, purpose, method and sources of the research. In the first chapter, the life, scientific personality and works of the author are discussed in detail. Findings on the aforementioned issues were determined and revealed firstly from the author's own works, then from what the author said about the science tradition to which he was a member, and from the works of the tabaqat. In addition, the works attributed to the author were classified as printed, inscribed and unfinished copies, and the locations of the manuscripts were determined. In the second period of our study, the name and ownership of the work named al-Qashf an Ahkâmi'l-hemze Fi'l-waqf li Hisâm and Hamza was determined, the copyright reason for Hısnī's work was revealed, and the work was analyzed by making content and method analysis. In addition, the sources used in the work were determined and information was given about the works in question. In the third part of the research, a verified publication of al-Qashf was made.
