dc.description.abstractSıklıkla 20-40 yaş grubunda görülen spontan pnömotoraks erken tanı ve etkin sağıtım gerektirir. Geç kalındığında büyük sorunlar doğurur. Sağıtımda interkostal tüp ve su altı drenaj geçerli yöntemdir. 1977-1982 yılları arasında kliniğimizde sağıtımı gerçekleştirilen 188 olgudan, yalnızca 9'unda pnömotorakı tekrarlamıştır. Bunlardan 5'ine ikinci kez tüp torakostomi uygulanmış, 4'ü operasyona alınmıştır.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractSpontaneous pneumothorax might be an emergency condition and is usually due to rupture of subpleural blep or bulla. It occurs commanly in men in the second and fourth decades of the life. Tube thoracostomy is the main approach to the patients who have spontaneous pnomothorax. 188 patients have been treated with tube thoracostomy and nine cases had repeated pnomothorax. Four of the nine had thoracotomy and pleural aberation. It is most importent to distinguish spontaneous pneumothorax from a giant pulmonary cyıt to avoid unnecessary complications.en_US
