Abstract
Çizgili kasta aktif bir kontraksiyonu takiben hareket impulsu kesilmesine rağmen kas kontraksiyonunun devam "Miyotoni" denir. Myotonik fenomenin görüldüğü, klinik olarak daha sık görülen, otozomal dominant geçişli üç sendrom vardır. 1-Myotonia Congenita, 2- Myotonic Dystrophy, 3- Paramyotonia Congenita. Çalışmamızda Myotonik Sendromlu 15 olgu klinik laboratuvar, tedavi ve prognoz açılanından değerlendirilmiştir.
Myotonia is the contraction seen in the skeletal muscle even after the motor impuls is over. There are three most important autosomal dominant clinically described syndromes, where myotonic phenomenon is seen: 1- Myotonia Congenita, 2- Myotonic Dystrophy, 3- Paramyotonia Congenita. In our study, 15 cases with Myotonic Syndromes have been evaluated elini· calIy with their laboratory findings, therapeutically and from the side of prognosis.
