| dc.description.abstract | Bu tezde, toplum aile ilişkisi, Türkiye'de Din Hizmetleri'nin yeni bir alanı olan "dinî danışmanlığın" müesseseleşmiş uzantısı olarak kurulan Aile İrşat ve Rehberlik Büroları incelenmiştir. 2002 yılından itibaren hizmete giren bu büroların vazifeleri, faaliyetleri ve sorunları incelenmiş; özel olarak da, İstanbul Müftülüğü Aile İrşat ve Rehberlik Bürosu ve bu büroya sorulan sorular araştırılmıştır. Bu sorular SPSS istatistik programıyla değerlendirilmiş, çeşitli bilgi kategorileri karşılaştırılmıştır.Tezin ilk bölümünde AİRB'ler incelenmiş, ikinci bölümde İstanbul Müftülüğü AİRB'ye sorulan sorular niceliksel araştırmaya tabi tutulmuş ve değerlendirilmiş, üçüncü bölümde ailenin kuruluş aşamasında gelen nişanlılık, evlilik vb konulardaki sorular ve ailenin temel unsurları olan çocuklar, anne-baba, kayınvalide-kayınpeder ilişkileriyle ilgili gelen sorular incelenmiştir. Son bölümde de ailenin parçalanmasıyla ilgili gelen sorular ele alınmıştır. En çok soru gelen konu, evlilik ve dini nikah konularıdır. Daha sonra ise boşanma hakkında en çok soru sorulmuştur. Ailenin parçalanmasıyla ilgili en çok soru ise, kadının boşanma isteği, boşama sözleri ve aile içi huzursuzluk konularından gelmiştir.Buna göre İstanbul geneli değerlendirildiğinde en belirgin sonuç olarak AİRB'nin daha ziyade kadınlara hizmet verdiği görülmüştür. Bekârlara göre evlilerin daha çok soru sorduğu vurgulanmıştır. 25?35 ve 35?45 yaş arası bireyler daha çok sormuşlardır. Soru soranların eğitim seviyesi ilkokul ve lise seviyesinde yoğunlaşmaktadır.Sonuç olarak, AİRB'lerin çeşitli sorunlarla beraber toplum ve aile için gerekli ve faydalı kurumlar olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bununla beraber, burada hizmet veren görevlilerin, rehberlik ve danışmanlık alanlarında daha derin ve detaylı meslekî bilgiyle donanmaları durumunda daha verimli bürolar olacağı bulgulanmıştır. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | In this thesis statement, as the instutionalized form of the "religious guidance" under the scope of the Religious Services in Turkey, Family Desk of Information and Guidance Offices (AIRB) were investigated. Since the starting date of the service, 2002, responsibilities, activities and problems of these offices were analyzed. Specifically, Istanbul Mufti's Office AIRBand questions to this office were elaborated. These questions evaluated with the help of SPSS statistical program and different information categories were compared and contrasted.In the first part of the thesis, AIRBs were analyzed, and in the second part questions asked to the Istanbul Müfti?s Office AIRB were exposed to a qualitative investigation and evaluation, in the third part the questions about starting a family; the questions about relations among children, parents, mother-in-law and father-in-law as essential elements of family; in the final chapter, the questions about family dissolution are examined. The subject to which the most of the questions are related is the subject of marriage, religious marriage and divorce. The questions about family dissolution were mostly related to woman?s demand of divorce, divorce words and unrest in family life.According to all, when Istanbul is considered generally, the most prominent result was turned out to be that the AIRB's served for women much more than men. It is also emphasized that the married asked more questions than the single. Individuals aged in the range of 25-35 and 35-45 asked more questions.As a result, it is decided that along with some problems, AIRBs are helpful and necessary institutions for society and family. However, AIRBs can be more efficient about guidance in the case that the AIRB personnel equipped with more substantial and detailed professional knowledge. | en_US |
