CNC frezeleme işlemlerinde bilgisayar destekli modelleme yardımıyla takım seçimi ve işleme yöntemlerinin belirlenmesi

Abstract

Form kalıplarının imalatında CAD/CAM sistemleri imalatın en önemli yardımcı elemanlarıdır. Bu sistemler yardımıyla modelin ve malzemenin durumuna göre işleme yöntemlerinin belirlenmesi, uygun takım seçimi ve kalıbın en kısa zamanda işlenmesi mümkün olabilir. Bu çalışmada imalata yönelik CAD/CAM teknolojisinin nasıl kullanılacağı, malzeme ve modelin durumuna göre işleme şekillerinin ne şekilde seçileceği ve işlemelerde karşılaşılan problemler karşısında neler yapılacağı anlatılmıştır.CAD/CAM systems play an important role in manufacturing of forming dies. By the help of this systems the appropriate machining method which is dependent on the model produced by the CAD/CAM System and the workpiece material; appropriate tool needed for the production and the shortest machining time to produce the die can be determined. In this study application of a CAD/CAM System to the manufacturing process of dies, the machining methods that can be selected according to the workpiece and to material and the solution of problems that occur during the machining are investigated.
