Abstract
In this study, the definition of authority, the kinds of authorities and the effectiveness of different kinds of authorities of school directors on teachers were discussed.
Bu çalışmada yetkinin ne olduğu, yetki türleri ve okul müdürlerinin öğretmenleri yetki yoluyla etkileme sürecinde hangi yetki türünün daha etkili olabileceği üzerinde durulmuştur.
