dc.description.abstractÜçüncü trimestirdeki 280 normal gebeden alınan kan örneklerinde human placental laktojen (HPL) ve serum serbest östriol (SE3) ölçümleri yapıldı. Maternal HPL seviyeleri normalin altında olan yeni doğanların post-partum birinci dakikadaki Apgar skorları <7 olmaktadır. Düşük SE3 seviyesi ile karakterize gebeliklerden doğan çocukların post-partum beşinci dakikadaki Apgar skorları <7 olmaktadır. Gebelik esnasında maternal kanda ölçüler HPL ve SE3 seviyelerine bakarak hem normal ve rizikolu gebelikleri birbirinden ayırabilir, hem de yeni doğanın erken ve geç prognozu hakkında fikir edinilebilir.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractValues of human placental lactogen (HPL) and serum free estriol (SE3) were determined in serum of 280 normal pregnant patients in the last trimester. The pregnancies with HPL levels below normal had babies with 1st minute Apgar scores of less than 7. The pregnancies with low SE3 had babies with 5 minute Apgar scores of less than 7. The determination of maternal serum HPL and SE3 values can discriminate the normal and high risk pregnancies and also will give us information about early and Iate prognosis of the newborn.en_US
