Abstract
Çalışmamızda serum proteinlerinde gama globulin bölgesine göç eden immunglobulinlerin elektroforez ve radyal immünodifüzyon yöntemleri ile ölçüldükleri de aynı değerleri verip vermediğini ve aralarındaki ilişkiyi araştırdık. Bunun için 45 hasta serumunda selüloz asetat elektroforezi ve radyal immünodifüzyon çalıştık. Elektroforez ile elde ettiğimiz gama globulin değerlerini radyal immünodifüzyon ile elde ettiğimiz IgA, IgG ve IgM konsantrasyonlarının toplamı ile karşılaştırdık. Elektroforez ile elde ettiğimiz sonuçlar radyal immunodifüzyon ile elde ettiğimiz immunglobulinlerin toplamına göre 42 hastada (% 93) daha düşüktü. Sonuçları student t testine göre değerlendirdiğimizde aralarında istatiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark olduğunu saptadık (p < 0.01).
In this study we planned to see if we will obtain the same results with electrophoresis and radial immunodiffusion in evaluating the gamma-migrating immunoglobulins and the relationship between the two methods. We performed cellulose acetate electrophoresis and radial immunodiffusion on 45 sera. We compared the gamma globulin values with the sum of IgA, JgG and IgM concentrations we got from radial immunodiffusion. Radial immunodiffusion results were consistently lower than the results we got with electrophoresis. When we evaluated the results according to the student t test we found that the difference between them is statistically significant (p < 0.01).
