Obstrüktif üropatilerde perkütanöz nefrostomi drenajı

Abstract

Obstrüksiyondaki bebeğin fonksiyonlarının geriye dönebilirliğinin değerlendirilmesinde, perkütan nefrostominin kullanımı tanımlandı. Yaş ortalaması 40 olan 15 olguya üriner obstrüksiyon nedeniyle perkütanöz nefrostomi drenajı uygulandı. Sonuçlar değerlendirildi. Perkütan nefrostomi, bugün obstrüksiyonun ani olarak kaldırılmasında en kullanışlı yöntemdir.The use of percutaneous nephrostomy to evaluate the recoverability of function of obstructed kidney is defined as 15 patients with a mean age of 40 years were applied percutaneous nephrostomy drainage because of urinary obstruction. The results are evaluated. Percutaneous nephrostomy is the most useful method for sudden relief of obstruction available today.
