dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, sahicilik kavramının varoluşçu düşünce tarihinde farklı felsefecilerde aldığı anlamlar saptanmış ve bu düşünürlerden biri olan Jean-Paul Sartre’ın “Sahicilik Etiği”nin günümüz insanının etik sorunları için bir çözüm yolu olup olamayacağı tartışılmıştır. Sahici olmak kavramı, düşünürün ontolojisindeki “kaygı”, “Tanrı’nın yokluğu”, “umutsuzluk”, “kişiler arası ilişkiler” kavramlarından yola çıkılmak suretiyle incelenmiş, kavramların bir etik teori oluşturma yolunda nasıl inşa edildiği analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan çalışma sonucunda, birey değerlerinin olumsal, bireysel ve sadece o kişi için seçildiği görülmüştür. Bireyin diğer bireylerle sürekli toplumsal bir ilişki oluşturabilecek bir yönteme dair en ufak bir umudu yoktur. Çünkü diğerleri ile kaçınılmaz bir ihtilaf halindedir ve kendisinin mi yoksa diğerlerinin mi birbirlerine karşı doğal hakları ve görevleri olduğu konusunda varabileceği bir yer yoktur. Bir toplumda yaşamak isteyen her birey, her şeyin ve herkesin eşit derecede “fazlalık” olmasını istemeyebilir. Bundan dolayı varoluşçuluk için düzenli bir toplum yaşamında rasyonel bir yol yoktur. Geriye kalır görünen tek kural her bireyin kendini kurtarmasıdır. Bunu da, o kendi özgür yaşantısını seçerek yapar.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractIn this study, the meaning of being authentic has been identified in the different philosophers of the existentialist history. The discussion of the thesis is if “Sartre’s Ethics of Authenticity” is a solution to the ethical problems of modern individual. Being authentic concept of Sartre, has been studied in the light of “anguish”, “forlornness”, “despair” and “intersubjectivity” concepts of the philosopher. These concepts have also been analysed to find out how to build an ethical theory. At the end of the study, it has been found out that; values are contingent and personal, choosen by the indivual for himself only. Individual has no method that he could hope to establish a social relation with others. Because he is in an inevitable conflict with others and could not argue that either he or others had natural rights towards each other. The individuals in a society cannot wish that everyone is equally “de trop”. Therefore, there is no rational way open to existentialism to order life in society. What seems remaining, each must save himself, by choosing his own life of freedom.en_US
