Abstract
Gebeliğe bağlı hipertansiyonun öngörülmesindeki rolünü belirlemek amacıyla, 24.-30. gebelik haftalarındaki 79 normal gebeden alınan idrar örneklerinde mikroalbumin düzeyleri ölçüldü. İdrar mikroalbumin düzeyleri normal olan gebelerde % 1.5 olan gebeliğe bağlı hipertansiyon insidansı,kabul edilen 18 mikrogram/dk lık sınırın üzerinde değere sahip olanlarda % 21.4 olarak bulundu. Mikroalbuminürinin gebeliğe bağlı hipertansiyonu öngörmekteki sensilivilesi % 75. 0, spesifikasi % 85.3, pozitif prediktif değeri % 21. 4, negatif prediktif değeri ise % 98.5 olarak belirlendi. Bu bulgularla gebeliğin 24.-30. haftalarında ölçülecek mikroalbuminürinin gebeliğe bağlı hipertansiyonun öngörülmesi amacıyla kullanabileceği sonucuna varıldı.
The urine samples taken from 79 patients with uncomplicated pregnancies of 24-30 weeks of duration have been examined with the objective of assessing the role of microalbuminuria in predicting the subsequent development of pregnancy-induced hypertension. Taking 18 micrograms/min as the upper limit of normal for urinary microalbumin, the incidence of pregnancy-induced hypertension in patients with high levels of microalbunıinuria has been found to be 21.4 %. compared to 1.5 % in those with normal levels. The sensitivity, lpecifici , and positive and negative predictive values of urinary microalbumin in prognosticating pregnancy induced hypertension have been calculated as 75.0 %, 85.3 %, 21.4 % and 98.5 %. lt is concluded that the measurement of urinary microalbumin between the 24th and 30th weeks of pregnancy can be used as a screening tool for predicting subsequent pregnancy-induced hypertension.
