dc.description.abstractKist hidatik veya kistik ekinokokozis dünya üzerinde belli bölgelerde yoğun olmakla beraber her ülkede karşılaşılabilen genel bir sağlık sorunudur. En sık görülen organ tutulumu karaciğerdir. Asemptomatik olmakla beraber kist boyutları büyüyerek bası semptomlarına veya biliyer ağaca açılarak komplikasyon gelişimine neden olabilir. Kist hidatik tedavisinde medikal ajanlar ve cerrahi girişimler kullanılmakla beraber, son dönemde minimal invaziv özelliğe sahip olan perkutan girişimler ve laparoskopik cerrahi girişimler seçilmiş hastalarda güvenle uygulanmaktadır. Gözden geçirme yazımızda Science Direct ve Pubmed Central üzerinden anahtar kelime olarak ekinokokal kist, hidatik kist, hidatik hastalık, kistik ekinokokkozis, karaciğer kist hidatik, hidatidoz, cerrahi kist tedavisi, mebendazole, albendazole, praziquantel, kist kemoterapisi, PAIR, perkutan tedaviler, WHO ve Garbi sınıflaması kullanılmış, özellikle son dönemde yapılan çalışmalar incelenerek karaciğer yerleşimli kist hidatik hastalığındaki son gelişmeler takip edilmeye ve yeniden derlenmesine çalışılmıştır.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractCystic echinococcosis or hydatid cyst, which is common in certain regions of the world, may present a common health problem that can be encountered in each country. The most common organ involvement is the liver. Although the cysts are usually asymptomatic, growing size of cysts cause pressure symptoms or opening into biliary tree can cause complications. Although medical agents and surgical procedures used in the treatment of hydatid cysts, percutaneous interventions with minimal invasive laparoscopic surgery are performed safely in select-ed patients recently. In this review article, we used the terms of echinococcal cysts, hydatid cyst, hydatid disease, cyst hydatid, echinococ-cosis, liver hydatid cyst, hydatidosis, surgical cyst treatment, mebendazole, albendazole, praziquantel, cyst chemotherapy, PAIR, percutane-ous treatments, WHO and Garbi classification as keywords to search the latest articles via PubMed Central and reviewed the latest develop-ments about hydatid cyst disease.en_US
