dc.description.abstractBu çalışma hindilerde kısıtlı beslemenin bazı kan parametreleri ile canlı ağırlık üzerine etkilerini belirlemek amacı ile yapıldı. Araştırmada 12 haftalık 120 Amerikan Bronz x Betina melezi erkek hindi kullanıldı. Araştırma 56 gün sürdü. Hayvanlar her bir grup 30 hindiden oluşacak şekilde 4 gruba ayrıldı. İlk grup ad libitum beslendi ve kontrol grubu olarak değerlendirildi. Diğer gruplara sırasıyla ad libitumun % 7, % 14 ve % 21 eksiği verildi. Araştırma sonunda, canlı ağırlık belirlendikten sonra hayvanlar kesilirken alınan kan örnekleri hematokrit (PCV), alyuvar (RBC), hemoglobin (Hb), ortalama alyuvar hacmi (OAH), ortalama alyuvar hemoglobini (OAHb), ortalama alyuvar hemoglobin yoğunluğu (OAHbY) ve akyuvar formülü (%) yönlerinden incelendi. Uygulama sonunda % 21 sınırlı besleme, canlı ağırlık ve lenfosit sayısını istatistik önemde azaltırken heterofil sayısını arttırdı (p< 0.05).tr_TR
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study was to determine the effects of restricted feeding on blood parameters and live weight of turkeys. This research was performed with 120 American Bronz Belina crossbred male turkeys.Turkeys were 12 weeks old and study lasted 56 days. Animals were divided into four groups and each group had 30 turkeys.The first group was fed ad libitum and used as a control. The restricted feeding of 7 %, 14 % and 21 % were applied on 2, 3 and 4' group turkeys, respectively. At the end of the study,after determined the live weight, blood samples were taken white slaughtering were analysed for hernatoerit (PCV),erythrocyte (RBC), haemoglobin (Hb), mean corpuscular haemoglobin (MCH). mean corpuscular haemoglobin concentration (MCHC), mean corpuscular volume (MCV) and differential white blood celI counts. At the end of this research,the restricted feeding at 21% level decreased live weight and lymphocyte number while increased heterophile number (p< 0. 05).en_US
