Abstract
Bu araştırmanın temel amacı “Psikolojik Sağlamlık Odaklı Psiko-Eğitim Programı-PSOPEP” geliştirmek ve bu programın bir grup yetişkinin psikolojik sağlamlık, duygusal zeka ve toplumsal ilgi düzeylerine etkisini incelemektir. PSOPEP ile bir grup yetişkinin psikolojik sağlamlığı, duygusal zeka ve toplumsal ilgiyi tanıma ve bununla ilgili becerilerinin geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Programın etkinliği, üç ölçüm (ön-test, son-test ve izleme-testli) ve üç gruplu (deney, Plasebo ve kontrol gruplu) deneysel bir modelle ve toplam 45 bireyden (deney grubu N= 15, kontrol grubu N= 15 ve plasebo grubu N= 15) oluşan bir örneklem üzerinde test edilmiştir. Deney grubuna 15 saat-10 hafta (her oturum 90 dakika) süren “Psikolojik Sağlamlık Odaklı Psiko-Eğitim Programı-PSOPEP” uygulanırken, plasebo grubuna 15 saat-10 hafta (her oturum 90 dakika) süren “Sosyal Bilişsel Kariyer Teorisi Temelli Grup Müdahale Programı” uygulanmıştır. Kontrol grubuna ise aynı zaman dilimi içinde hiçbir işlem yapılmamıştır. Tüm analizlerde anlamlılık düzeyi .05 olarak alınmıştır. Verilerin çözümlenmesinde Bağımlı ilişkilerde t testi ve tekrarlanmış ölçümler için 3x3’lük iki faktörlü Anova analizi kullanılmıştır. Bulgular, deney grubundaki katılımcıların psikolojik sağlamlık, duygusal zeka ve toplumsal ilgi son-test puanlarının ortalamasının ön-test puanı ortalamalarından anlamlı düzeyde yüksek olduğunu ortaya koymuştur. Aynı zamanda deney grubundaki psikolojik sağlamlık, duygusal zeka ve toplumsal ilgi izleme-testi puan ortalamasının ön-test puan ortalamalarından anlamlı düzeyde yüksek olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Ayrıca deney grubundaki psikolojik sağlamlık, duygusal zeka ve toplumsal ilgi son-test ve izleme-testi puan ortalamaları arasında fark olmadığını tespit edilmiştir. Bununla birlikte deney grubunda psikolojik sağlamlık, duygusal zeka ve toplumsal ilgi son-test ve izleme-testlerinin deney, kontrol ve plasebo gruplarının arasında fark olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu bağlamda, araştırma kapsamında hazırlanan Psikolojik Sağlamlık Odaklı Psiko-Eğitim Programı’nın yetişkinlerin psikolojik sağlamlık, duygusal zeka ve toplumsal ilgi düzeylerini artırmada etkili bir psikolojik sağlamlık programı olduğu görülmüştür. Bu bulgulara dayanarak araştırmacılar ve uygulayıcılar için önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
The main purpose of this research is to develop the “Psychological Resilience -Oriented Psycho-Education Program-PROPEP” and to examine the effect of this program on psychological resilience, emotional intelligence and social interest levels of a group of adults. With PROPEP, it is aimed to develop psychological resilience, emotional intelligence and social interest in a group of adults. The effectiveness of the program is based on an experimental model with three measurements (pretest-posttest-follow-up test) and three groups (experiment, placebo and control group), and a total of 45 male subjects (experimental group N = 15, control group N = 15 and placebo group N = 15). The experimental group received “Psychological Resilience -Oriented Psycho-Education Program-PROPEP)” lasting 15 hours-10 weeks (90 minutes per session), while the placebo group received a Social Cognitive Career Theory Based Group İntervention Program lasting 15 hours-10 weeks (90 minutes per session). The control group did not receive any treatment during the same period. Significance level was taken as .05 in all analyzes. In the analysis of the data, t-test in dependent relationships and two way Anova for repeated measures (3x3 Split-Plot) were used. The results showed that the mean scores of psychological resilience, emotional intelligence and social interest post-test scores of the participants in the experimental group were significantly higher than the pre-test scores. On the other hand, the mean scores of psychological resilience, emotional intelligence and social interest follow-up test were significantly higher in the experimental group than the pre-test scores. In addition, there was no difference between the post-test and follow-up test scores of psychological resilience, emotional intelligence and social interest in the experimental group. However, in the experimental group, psychological resilience, emotional intelligence and social interest posttest and follow-up tests were found to be different between the experimental, control and placebo groups. In this context, it has been observed that the Psychological Resilience Oriented Psycho-Education Program prepared within the scope of the research is an effective psychological resilience program in increasing the psychological resilience, emotional intelligence and social interest levels of adults. Based on these findings, suggestions were made for researchers and practitioners.
