Elastomerlerin statik ve dinamik özelliklerinin incelenmesi

Abstract

Kauçuk esaslı malzemeler olan elastomerler günümüzde başta otomotiv olmaküzere, tekstil, tarım ve hayvancılık, gıda, inşaat, armatür, sağlık gibi pek çok sektördeçok sayıda parçada kullanılmaktadır.Çalışmada elastomer kavramı açıklanarak önemli elastomerler tanıtılmış,elastomer karışımını oluşturan bileşenler ve bunların elastomerin özellikleri üzerineetkisi hakkında bilgi verilmiş, elastomer karışım hazırlamadan nihai ürün eldeedilmesine kadar olan prosesler açıklanmış, elastomerlerin statik ve dinamik özelliklerihakkında bilgi verilmiş, elastomerlerin statik ve dinamik özellikleri ile ilgili olarakyapılan uygulamalarla sonuçlarından bahsedilmiştir.Elastomers which is mostly be made up of different types of rubber, is used inautomotive, textile, food, agriculture, building, armature and health sectors in lots ofdifferent products.In these study, the component of mixture elastomers and the effect of thesecomponents on elastomers is explained and also extra information is given for mostimportant elastomers. The chemical components in the mixture of elastomers isexplained and how the elastomer properties changes by the way of chemicals isexplained. Elastomer process is explained starting production to finishing production.Static and dynamic properties of elastomers sre explained and some applications wasdone for analyzing static and dynamic properties of elastomers.
