Fransa’daki Türklerin din görevlilerini meslekî yeterlik açısından değerlendirmeleri

Abstract

Din görevlilerinin gerekli formasyona sahip olmaları, onların işini kolaylaştırırken, muhatap kitleyi de memnun etmektedir. Şüphesiz imamlık bir çok formasyonu elde etmeyi gerektirmektedir ve bunların önemlilerinden birisi de mesleki formasyondur. Biz Fransa’da din hizmeti veren imamların, cemaat tarafından mesleki formasyon açısından nasıl değerlendirildiğini, anket tekniğiyle gerçekleştirilen bu çalışmada tespit etmeye çalıştık.

While the competence of prayer leaders facilitate their respective work on one hand, it satisfies the addressees on the other hand. Without doubt, prayer leadership requires having many proficiencies and one of those that are important is professional competence. In this study, we explore how the attendants to the prayers evaluate their imam and preachers performing religious services in France, in terms of professional competences.
