| dc.description.abstract | Sovyetler Birliğinin 1992 yılında dağılması ve Rusya Federasyonunun kurulmasıyla başlayan demokratikleşme sürecinde ülkedeki dinî kurumların ve özellikle Ortodoks kilisesinin çabalarıyla “Vicdan Özgürlüğü ve Dini Kurumlar” kanunu kabul edilmiştir. Ülkede bulunan geleneksel dinlerin ve bu bağlamda İslami din eğitiminin de önü açılmıştır. Bu gelişmeler ile birlikte Rusya Federasyonu okullarında başlayan genel anlamda Din eğimi ve özellikle İslami din eğitimi alanında yaşanan gelişmeler ve tartışmalar bu çalışmanın temelini oluşturmaktadır. Konunun daha iyi anlaşılması için Rusya’daki İslam ve din eğitiminin tarihsel gelişimi anlatılmıştır. Bu minvalde ülkede bulunan Müslümanların nüfusu, İslami eğitim kurumları, devlet okullarındaki din dersi müfredatı, öğrencilerin sayıları ve vb. istatistik bilgiler verilmiştir. Bu çalışma yapılırken yazılı kaynakların yanı sıra, Rusya’da bulunan resmi ve gayri resmi kurumlarla çeşitli görüşmeler geçekleştirilmiştir. 2012-2013 eğitim öğretim yılı itibarıyla okullarda din dersinin seçmeli zorunlu hale getirilmiş olmasına rağmen ders konularının daha verimli hale gelmesi için çalışmalar devam etmekte olup dolaysıyla konu hala güncelliğini korumaktadır. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | In the process of democratization, which started with the dissolution of the Soviet Union in 1992 and the establishment of the Russian Federation, and with the efforts of mostly religious institutions in the country and especially the Orthodox church the law of "Freedom of Conscience and Religious Institutions" was adopted. Those developments paved the way for traditional religions in the country and in this context Islamic religious education. These development of religious education in general and the developments and debates in Islamic religious education, which started in Russian Federation schools, form the basis of this study. For a better understanding of the subject, the historical development of Islamic and religious education in Russia is explained. In this context some statistical informations is given, such as population of Muslims in the country, Islamic educational institutions, religious schools curriculum in public schools, the number of students and so on. In addition to written sources, various interviews were conducted with official and informal institutions in Russia. Although from 2012-2013 academic yearthe elective compulsory religion course has been made elective in schools, studies are continuing to make the course subjects more efficient and therefore the issue is still up to date. | en_US |
