Bu makalenin temel amacı, 1997 yılında yetişkin bir koyundan elde edilen “Dolly” isimli kuzuyla yoğun şekilde çalışılan klonlama ile ilgili genel kavramları ve çalışmaları kısaca özetlemek ve ilgili kişilere temel bilgileri sağlamaktır
