Abstract
Bu çalışmada, Bodrum (Muğla) İlçesi atmosferinde 1 Ocak 2007 – 31 Aralık 2008 tarihleri arasındaki iki yıllık sürede Lanzoni VPPS 2000 cihazı kullanılarak volumetrik yöntem ile atmosferik polen örneklemesi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda 41 taksona ait 25099 polen / m3 belirlenmiştir. Bunların 24 tanesi Odunsu (% 86,988), 17 tanesi Otsu Bitkilere (% 12,819) ait olarak kaydedilmiştir. Bodrum atmosferinde dominant olarak görülen taksonlar sırasıyla Cupressaceae / Taxaceae (% 42,733), Quercus spp. (%15,593), Pinus spp. (% 9,779), Olea europea (%9,042), Poaceae (% 5,504), Betula spp. (% 1,825), Pistacia spp. (% 1,739), Morus spp. (% 1,723), Urticaceae (% 1,456) ve Plantago spp. (% 1,275) olarak belirlenmiştir. En yüksek polen konsantrasyonu Mart ayında tespit edilmiştir.
In this study, atmospheric pollen sampling performed, with volumetric method by using Lanzoni VPPS 2000 trap during two years, between 1 January 2007 – 31 December 2008 in the atmosphere of Bodrum (Muğla) District. As a result of the work, a total of 25099 pollen / m3 determined belonging to 41 taxa. Of these, 24 taxa recorded as belonging to Arboreal Plants (% 86,988) and 17 of them recorded as belonging to Non-Arboreal Plants (% 12,819). Dominated pollen grains in the atmosphere of Bodrum respectively; Cupressaceae / Taxaceae (% 42,733), Quercus spp. (%15,593), Pinus spp. (% 9,779), Olea europea (%9,042), Poaceae (% 5,504), Betula spp. (% 1,825), Pistacia spp. (% 1,739), Morus spp. (% 1,723), Urticaceae (% 1,456) and Plantago spp. (% 1,275). Highest pollen concentration was detected in March.
