Tüplü domates fidesi yetiştiriciliğinde farklı bakırlı fungusit uygulamalarının boy kontrolü ve kalite üzerine etkileri

Abstract

Sera koşullarında yürütülen çalışmada, domates (Solanum lycopersicum L.) fidelerinde boylanmanın kontrolü amacıyla farklı bakırlı fungusit uygulamalarının etkileri araştırılmıştır. ‘Yaman F1’ ve ‘Tuğra 102 F1’ domates çeşitlerinin fidelerine, bakırlı fungusitlerden ‘Attis’’in 2, 3 ve 5 mL/L, ‘Mavi Bordo 20 WG’’nun 6, 10 ve 14 gr/L ile ‘Massbakır 50 WP’’ın 4, 6 ve 8 gr/L’lik dozları belirli aralıklarla iki kez yapraktan uygulanmıştır. Deneme sonunda, uygulamaların etkilerini belirlemek amacıyla, boylanma ve bitki kalitesine ilişkin ölçümler yapılmıştır. Bakırlı fungusitlerden ‘Attis’’in bütün dozları, her iki domates çeşidinde, boylanmanın kontrolünde etkili olurken diğer bakırlı fungusitlerin bir etkisi görülmemiştir. ‘Yaman F1’ domates çeşidinin kontrol bitkilerinde 19,6 cm olan fide boyu, ‘Attis’ uygulamalarında 13,0 cm (3 mL/L) ile 13,8 cm (2 mL/L) arasında gerçekleşmiştir. Aynı etki ‘Tuğra 102 F1’ çeşidinde de görülmüştür. Kontrol bitkilerinde 20,2 cm olan fide boyu, ‘Attis’ uygulamalarında 12,9 cm (3 mL/L) ile 13,5 cm (2 mL/L) arasında gereçekleşmiştir. Bakırlı fungusitlerin uygulama dozlarının artışı yapraklarda toksik etkiyi arttırmıştırIn the study, the effects of different copper fungicide applications were investigated in order to control height of tomato seedlings (Solanum lycopersicum L.) grown in greenhouse. To control seedling height of ‘Yaman F1’ and ‘Tuğra 102 F1’ tomato varieties, 2, 3 and 5 mL/L doses of copper fungicides ‘Attis’, 6, 10 and 14 gr/L doses of ‘Mavi Bordo 20 WG’ and 4, 6 and 8 gr/L doses of ‘Massbakır 50 WP’ were applied twice at regular intervals. At the end of the experiment, plant height and quality were measured in order to determine the effects of copper fungicide applications. All doses of ‘Attis’ were effective in controlling plant height in both tomato cultivars, while no effect for other copper fungicides was observed. The seedling height of ‘Yaman F1’ was 19,6 cm in the control plants but seedling height was reduced to 13,0 cm (3 mL/L) and to 13,8 cm (2 mL/L) wlth ‘Attis’ applications. The similar effect was also seen in variety, ‘Tuğra 102 F1’. With applications of ‘Attis’, the seedling height was reduced to 12,9 cm (3 mL/L) and to 13,5 cm (2 mL/L) from 20,2 cm (0 mL/L).
