Abstract
Bu çalışmada henüz çok yaygın olmayan sürtünmeli delme prosesi derinlemesine incelenerek proses parametre ve avantajlarının ortaya konması hedeflenmiştir. İnce et kalınlıklı sac ve profillerde sürtünmeli delme prosesinin, geleneksel kaynak somunu kaynatma, perçin somunu çakma gibi yöntemlere alternatif olabileceğini göstermek adına deneysel çalışmalar yapılmıştır. Deneysel çalışmalarda sürtünmeli delme uygulanan ve projeksiyon somun kaynağı ile somun kaynatılan profil numunelere civatalar takılarak çekme testleri yapılmıştır. Elde edilen kopma kuvvetleri karşılaştırılarak prosesin kabul edilebilirliği değerlendirilmiştir. M12 sürtünmeli delme prosesi Deform-3D yazılımında analiz edilerek elde edilen sonuçlar proje tasarımında veri olarak kullanılmıştır. Sürtünmeli delme prosesini lazer profil kesim makinesinde tam otomatik olarak uygulayabilecek ünite tasarımının yapılması hedeflenmiştir. Yapılan tasarımlardaki mekanik elemanlar analitik hesaplamalar doğrultusunda seçilmiştir. Hesaplamaların ve ürün seçimlerinin ilgili paket programlarda doğrulamaları yapılarak emniyetli sistem tasarımı amaçlanmıştır.
In this study, it is aimed to reveal the process parameters and advantages by examining the friction drilling process, which is not very common yet. Experimental studies have been carried out to show that the friction drilling process in thin-walled sheet metal and profiles can be an alternative to traditional methods such as welding nut welding and installing rivet nut. In the experimental studies, tensile tests were carried out by attaching bolts to profile samples that were applied friction drilling and nut welded with projection nut welding. The acceptability of the process was evaluated by comparing the obtained breaking forces. The results obtained by analyzing the M12 friction drilling process in Deform-3D software were used as data in the project design. It is aimed to design a unit that can apply the friction drilling process fully automatically on the laser profile cutting machine. The mechanical elements in the designs were selected by analytical calculations. Safe system design is aimed by ensuring that the calculations and product selections are verified in the relevant package programs.
