dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada zeytinyağının antik çağlardan günümüze hangi teknikleri kullanılarak üretildiği, bu tekniklerin zaman içinde gösterdiği değişimler ve günümüz üretim teknikleri incelenmiş, üretim şekillerinin karşılaştırması yapılmıştır. amaç insanoğlunun yüzyıllardır kullanageldiği zeytinyağını elde etme yolları ile ilgili literatüre katkıda bulunmaktır.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractThis study investigates by which technics olive oil manufactured from Ancient Age to preset day, developments in these technics through History and modern manufacturing technics. It also have a comparison of all them. The aim is contribution to the Literature about the obtaining ways of olive oil used by human for the centuries.en_US
