Abstract
Bu araştırmada fabrikalardan temin edilen PES filament ipliklerine, piyasalarda en çok kullanılan turlarda bürküm (197-301-406-505-631) verilmiştir. Bu işlem hem tek katlı hem de çift katlı iplikler için yapılmıştır. Kullanılan büküm makinası Ratti- TRN312 modelinde ticari bir büküm makinasıdır. Instron cihazında yapılan ölçümler sonucunda bazı değerler hesaplamalar yardımıyla da bulunup, bu değerler tablo ve grafiklerle istatistiksel bir biçimde değerlendirilmiştir. Sonuç olarak tek ve çift katlı ipliklerin mekanik özelliklerine büküm ve numaranın etkisinin olduğu bulunmuş,büküm gerilimine ise bağlılığın çok az olduğu görülmüştür.
In this research, PES filament yams equipped with twists (197-301-406-505-631 T/M) which are mostly used in markets are presented. This application was done both for single yarns and two ply-twisted yarns. Ratti-TRN312 used as a twisting machine is the commercial twisting machine as a model. After experimental work in single yarns and two ply-twisted PES yarns, after twist, number and mechanical properties were measured by Instron machine, according to the tests, some values were statistically given by charts and graphs. As a results, it was found that mechanical properties in yarns is generally dependent on the number and tour and was obserwed that the effect of winding tension in base situation is very little.
