dc.description.abstractBu çalışmanın amacı çatışma taktikleri kuramı doğrultusunda saptanmış 5 çatışma çözme tekniğini geçerli ve güvenilir biçimde ölçebilecek bir araç geliştirmektir. 110 maddeden oluşan ve 5 alt ölçeğe sahip olan (zorlama, geri çekilme, yatıştırma, uzlaşma ve müzakere) ön-deneme testi, 205 (115 kız 90 erkek) üniversite öğrencisine uygulanmıştır. Maddeler "t" değerlerinin hesaplanması, faktör analizi, Cronbach Alpha değerlerinin bulunması ve temel bileşen analizi yoluyla analiz edilerek, herbiri 10'ar maddeden oluşan 5 ölçekli ve toplam 50 maddeli bir sonuç teste ulaşılmıştır.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractTHA purpose of this study was to develop a valid and reliable instrument to measure five areas of conflict resolution strategies. THA instrument was composed of 110 items and 5 subscales which were written according to THA Conflict Strateegies Theory (forcing, withdrawing, smoothing, compromising, negotiating). Preliminary test was applied to 205 students at university. THA items were analyzed by "t" values,factor analysis, principal component analysis and Cronbach 's Alpha reliability coefficient. After THA data analysis, a final test was obtained by 5 subscales which have 10 items each.en_US
