Bioallethrin'in sıçanların akciğer ve karaciğer dokuları üzerine etkisinin incelenmesi

| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, memelilerdeki toksisitesinin düşük olması nedeniyle en güvenilir insektisid olduğu belirtilen ve pyrethroid grubunun bir üyesi olan "Bioallethrin" içeren sivrisinek kovucu tabletlerin sıçanların akciğer ve karaciğer dokuları üzerine etkisi histolojik olarak incelendi. Deney hayvanı olarak kullanılan Wistar albino türü sıçanlardan dört deney grubu ve bir kontrol grubu olmak üzere beş grup oluşturuldu. Deney grupları 7, 15, 30 ve 60 günlük sürelerle günde 9 saat inhalasyon yolu ile bioallethrin'e maruz bırakıldı. Belirtilen sürelerin. bitiminde deney gruplarındaki ve ayrıca kontrol grubundaki sıçanlardan alınan akciğer ve karaciğer dokuları Hematoksilen & Eosin. boyamasında ışık mikroskobik olarak değerlendirildi. Akciğer kesitlerinin histolojik olarak değerlendirilmesi sonucu; alveolar septumlarda gözlenen değişikliklerin yanında konjesyon ve kanama saptandı. Karaciğer dokusunda ise; v. centralis ve v. porta'da dilatasyon ve konjesyon, sinüzoidlerde dilatasyon ve konjesyon, binükleer hepatosit sayısında artış, hepatosit sitoplazmalannda boşalma ve üç değişik lokalizasyonda lenfosit infıltrasyonu gözlendi. Bioallethrin'in sıçan akciğer ve karaciğer dokularında histolojik olarak gözlenen bu etkilerine rağmen, her maddenin farklı canlı türlerinde değişik etkiler oluşturabileceği gözönüne alınarak çalışmanın başka hayvan türlerinde de tekrarlanması ve ayrıca hematolojik ve biyokimyasal olarak da ele alınması gerektiği sonucuna varıldı. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | The Effect Of Bioallethrin On Lung And Liver Tissues Of Rats In this study, the effect of mosquito repellents, which contain " Bioallethrin ", a member of the pyrethroid group and a most reliable insecticide because of its low toxicity in mammals, have been examined histologically in the lung and liver tissues of rats. Wistar albino rats used as experimental animals have been divided into five groups, four of which are in the experimental group and one in the control group. Experimental groups were exposed to bioallethrin through inhalation for periods of 7, 15, 30, 60 days for nine hours a day. At the end of the mentioned periods, the lung and liver tissues of rats in both experimental and control groups were evaluated by light microscopy after staining with Haematoxylin & Eosin. As a result of the histologic evaluation of the sections from the lungs, congestion and hemorrhage were observed in addition to the changes in alveolar septa. As for the liver tissue, dilatation and congestion in both v. centralis and v. porta, dilatation and congestion in sinusoids, an increase in the number of binuclear hepatocytes, discharge in hepatocyte cytoplasm, lymphocyte infiltration in three different localizations were observed. Although these effects of bioallethrin on the lung and liver tissues of rats were observed histologically, considering the fact that each substance may form various effects in different species, we conclude that further studies in different animal species, including hematologic and biochemical parameters are necessary. | en_US |
