Pnömatozis sistoides intestinalis barsak duvarı içinde gaz dolu kistlerin bulunuşuyla karakterize nadir bir haldir. Kistler submukoza ve subseroza yerleşmişlerdir. Teşhis genellikle radyolojik olarak konur. Komplikasyon olmayan vakalarda cerrahi tedavi gerekmez.
Pneumatosis cystoides intestinalis is an uncommon condition, characterized by presence of gas filled cysts within the wall of the bowel. The eyes are localized submucosal or subserosal. Diagnosis is usually made radiographically. If there are no complications, surgical treatment is unnecessary .
