dc.description.abstractİnsanların iş verimini etkileyen en önemli etmenlerden biri olan yapısal konfor, yeni yapıların tasarımında insanların yaşadıkları mekanların kullanım amaçlarına uygun olarak; ısı, su, nem ve ses ile ilgili her türlü fiziksel çevre koşulunun sağlanması ile elde edilmektedir. Konforu etkileyen parametrelerden en önemlileri, kişisel ve çevresel faktörler olup çevresel faktörler kişiye bağımlı olmadığı için bunların karşılanması ve belirlenmesi gereklidir. Bu çalışmada seçilen örnek bir kamu kurumunda çalışanlardan istenen verimin elde edilebilmesi için karşılanması gereken yapısal konfor şartlarının incelenmesi amacıyla bir anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Anket çalışması, yapısal konfor olarak mevcut şartların iyileştirilmesi yada yeni bina tasarımının geliştirilmesi üzerine bir değerlendirmedir.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractOne of the important factors affecting the work productivity of human is structural comfort. The right way of this is to supply various pyhsical environment conditions like heat, water, noise and humidity. This should be suitable to usage of purposes of the living residences in new buildings’ design. The most important parameters affecting comfort are individual and environmental factors. It is necessary to determine the environmental factors which are independent from person. In this study, a public survey made to investigate required structural comfort conditions as objective to obtain purposed productivity from personels who are working in a selected public institution. The public survey is a evaluation about improvement of available structural comfort conditions, or development in new building design.en_US
