İbrahim B. Nişancı ve Eş-Şerhu’l-Cedîd adlı eserinin tahkik ve tahlili

Abstract

Tecvid, Kur’ân’ın telaffuz biçimlerini mahreç ve sıfat bakımından ele alan bir ilimdir. Böylelikle okuyucunun lahn yapmamasını, harflerin hakkını-müstahakkını vermesini ve okuma seyrine göre riayet edeceği kuralları belirlemektedir. Tecvid ilmi, sair ulemanın görüşüne göre Cebrail’in Hz. Peygamber’e oku kelimesini ilkâsıyla neşet etmiştir. Hz. Peygamber bahse konu olağanüstü ilkâyı almaya pek müstait olmasa da buna tedrîcî bir şekilde alışmaya başlamıştır. Hz. Peygamber kendine inen ayetleri sahabilere aktarmış ve Kur’ân talimi, nüzul dönemi başta olmak üzere sonraki süreçlerde de devam etmiştir. Günümüze kadar aynı titizlikle tilavet ve kıraat bakımından da muhafazası sürdürülen Kur’ân, iki kapak arasına alınması bakımından diğer kutsal kitaplarla benzeşmekle birlikte Müslümanlar tarafından yoğun bir şekilde ezberlenmesi açısından sair kitaplardan büyük farklılık göstermektedir. Bu da Müslümanların n icazına, tilavetine, yaşamsal buyruklarına ne kadar önem verdiklerini göstermektedir. Aynı durum tilavet ve tecvid zaviyesinden de kendini göstermektedir. İşte bu saiklerle tecvid ilmine olan ilgi, her asırda artarak devam etmiş ve bu ilim kapsamında pek çok eser kaleme alınmıştır. El-Mukaddime isimli manzume de bu amaçla meydana getirilmiş ve kaleme alındığından günümüze kadarki zaman zarfında ilgili alanın temel ders kitaplarından biri olmuştur. Gördüğü iltifata paralel olarak da söz konusu manzumeye yönelik sayısız şerh vücuda getirilmiştir. Bu şerlerden biri de Mehmet Paşa Camii İmam ve Hatibi olan İbrahim b. Nişancı’nın eş-Şerhu’l-cedîd adlı çalışmasıdır. Nişancı’nın adı geçen eserinin tahkik ve tahlilini konu edinen bu tez, üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde İbnü’l-Cezerî’nin hayatı, hocaları ve eserleri işlenmiştir. İkinci bölüm ise İbrahim b. Nişancı’nın hayatı ve ilgili eserinin incelenmesine dönüktür. Üçüncü bölüm de eş-Şerhu’l-cedîd isimli eserin tahkikine ayrılmıştır.Tajweed is a science that deals with the pronunciation methods of the Qur'an in terms of articulation points and attributes. Thus, it prevents the reader from making mistakes (lahn), ensures the proper pronunciation of letters, and determines the rules to be followed according to the level of recitation. The science of Tajweed emerged with the command "Read" that Gabriel imparted to the Prophet Muhammad. Although the Prophet was not initially inclined to receive this extraordinary impartation, he gradually became accustomed to it. The Prophet conveyed the revealed verses to his companions, and the teaching of the Qur'an continued both during the period of revelation and afterward. The Qur'an, which has been preserved with the same meticulousness in terms of recitation and reading until today, is similar to other holy books in being compiled between two covers. However, it significantly differs from other books in that it is intensely memorized by Muslims. This demonstrates the importance Muslims place on the inimitability, recitation, and practical commands of the Qur'an. The same importance is evident from the perspective of recitation and Tajweed. For these reasons, interest in the science of Tajweed has increased in every century, and many works have been written in this field. The poem named "al-Muqaddimah" was created with this motivation and has become one of the fundamental textbooks in this field from the time it was written until today. Correspondingly, numerous commentaries have been produced on this poem. One of these commentaries is "al-Sharh al-Jadid" by Ibrahim ibn Nishanci, the imam and preacher of Mehmet Pasha Mosque. This thesis, which focuses on the critical edition and analysis of Nishanci's mentioned work, consists of three parts. The first part deals with the life, teachers, and works of Ibn al-Jazari. The second part is dedicated to the life of Ibrahim ibn Nishanci and the examination of his related work. The third part is devoted to the critical edition of the work named "al-Sharh al-Jadid".
