dc.description.abstractYenişehir ve M.Kemalpaşa ile Karacabey yörelerinde, üretici koşullarında yetiştirilen Matador ve Meridian ıspanak çeşitleri ile Yedikule marul çeşidine ait örneklerde, nitrit ve nitrat birikimleri ile diğer kalite kriterleri üzerine çeşitler ve yörelerin etkileri araştırılmıştır. Kalite kriterlerine ilişkin değerler genellikle Meridian Fl çeşidinde Matador çeşidine oranla yüksek bulünurken, yöreler itibariyle de Yenişehir yöresinde yetiştirilen ıspanak çeşitleri ile marulda daha yüksek çıkmıştır. Ispanak ve marul örneklerinin hiçbirinin nitrit İçermemesi yanında nitrat miktarları ile diğer kalite kriterlerine ait değerlerin de insan sağlığını tehdit etmeyecek düzeylerde olduğu görülmüştür.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractThe effects of cultivars and vicinities on nitrite and nitrate accumulation and other guality criteria were investigated in the samples of spinach (cvs. Matador and Meridian F1) and lettuce (cv. Yedikule) grown under grower conditions in Yenişehir, M.Kemalpaşa and Karacabey vicinities. In general,the values related to guality criteria were found higher in cv. Meridian F1 compared with cv. Matador. However, with respect to vicinities, these values were higher in spinach and lettuce cultivars grown in Yenişehir. None of the spinach and lettuce samples contained nitrite; moreover, nitrate guantities and the values related to the other guality criteria were found to be not harmful to human health.en_US
