| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışma 20'si sağlıklı ve 62'si hasta olmak üzere toplam 82 adet buzağı üzerinde yapılmıştır. Buzağılar 1-21 günlük (I) ve 22-60 günlük (II) olarak iki gruba aynı olmuşlardır. Hayvanlar klinik olarak muayene edildikten sonra, alman kanlardan total lökosit ve hematokrit değerleri saptanmıştır. Senınılar elde edildikten sonra GCT; Zn S O 4 T. T., Sodyum Sülfit Presipitosyon Testi, Total Protein Tayini ile korşılaştınlmıştır. RID yöntemi ile ölçülen lg G1 konsantrasyonu GCT'nin standardizasyonunda kullanılmıştır. Total protein miktan Biüret metodu ile tayin edilmiştir. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | Th is study has been conducted on 82 calves, 20 elinicalIy nominal and 62 with septicemia · neonatorum. The calves were divided 1-21 and 22-60 days age groups. Total leucocyte and haematocrit were detemıined in the blood after the animals were examined clinically. After the se nıms were obtained, GCT was comparaled to ZnS04 T. T., Sodium Sul fite-Precipitation Test and Total Protein. GCT standardization was assesed with lg G1 concentration measured by RJD.
