| dc.description.abstract | Şarap sektöründe; İtalya, Fransa ve İspanya gibi ülkeler oldukça gelişmiş düzeydedir. Bu ülkelerde üretilen üzümlerin büyük kısmı şaraba işlenmektedir. Türkiye de bağ alanı ve üzüm üretim miktarı bakımından dünya bağcılığında önemli bir ülkedir. Bununla birlikte, üretilen üzümlerin sadece %2.5-3’ü şaraba işlenmektedir. Son yıllarda Türkiye’de şaraplık üzüm ve şarap üretiminde önemli gelişmeler de görülmektedir. Ancak şarap sektörü mevcut potansiyeline rağmen hâlâ beklenen gelişmeyi gösterememekte, şarap üretimi ve pazarlamasında dünya ortalamasının oldukça gerisinde kalınmaktadır. Sektörün gelişimini sınırlayan faktörlerin başında Özel Tüketim Vergisi uygulamaları, kayıt dışı üretim ve pazarlama gelmektedir. Ayrıca, Türkiye’de bağcılığa yeteri kadar önem verilmemesi de gelişimin önünde duran bir diğer faktördür. Türkiye’de üzüm üretiminin daha çok sofralık ve kurutmalık çeşitlere yönelik olması, hammadde temini açısından şarap sektörünü kısıtlamaktadır. Hammaddenin kalitesi de sektör gelişimin önünde kısıt oluşturabilmektedir. Türkiye’de kırsal kesimde yaşayan nüfus için gelir getirici, ülke ekonomisi için katma değer yaratıcı bir ürün olan şaraplık üzüm üretiminin desteklenmesi, üretim miktarının ve kalitesinin arttırılması gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, sektörün mevcut durumunun ve gelişimini sınırlayan unsurların değerlendirilmesidir. Çalışma bir literatür araştırması niteliğindedir. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | Countries like Italy, France, Spain are highly developed in the wine industry. Highly rates of grapes which is grown in these countries are using for the wine industry. Turkey also is very important country about viticulture. On the other hand, only 2.5-3% of grapes are using for producing wine in Turkey. In recent years, Turkey make progress about viticulture and producing wine. But despite of huge potential about viticulture, Turkey is still dropping behind in the world average, about producing and marketing wine. Some factors of limiting of the industry are; special consumption taxes, informal production and marketing. Also the viticulture still not important too much in Turkey and this situation is restricting to improve of the industry. In addition, the wine industry is restricted in terms of supply of raw material so that the grapes use usually dried and as table grapes in Turkey. The quality of grape is a very big problem as much as variety and amount of it for development of the industry. Supporting the production of wine-grapes, which provides added value for the economy of the country and supplies income for the population living in rural area of Turkey, and increasing the production and quality is of great importance. The aim of the study is to evaluate the current situation of the wine sector in Turkey and the factors limiting the development of the sector. This study is based on literature survey. | en_US |
