Major depresif bozukluğu olan ergenlerde zihin kuramı işlev bozukluğu

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, majör depresif bozukluğu olan ergen hastalarda sağlıklı kontrollere göre zihin kuramı yetilerinde bozukluk olup olmadığı ve zihin kuramı defisitinin depresyon belirtileri, bilişsel işlevler ve sosyal uyum ile ilişkisini araştırmaktır. Çalışmaya majör depresif bozukluğu olan 30 ergen hasta ve 31 sağlıklı kontrol grubu dahil edilmiştir. Demografik bilgiler ve hastalık öyküsü alınmış, çocuklar için Kovaks Depresyon Ölçeği (KDÖ), Çocukluk çağı Anksiyete Tarama Ölçeği (ÇATÖ), İma Testi, Gözler Testi, Bonibon testi, Dondurmalı Kamyon Testi ve WİSC-R zeka testi uygulanmıştır. Depresyonu olan ergenlerde zihin kuramı defisitinin depresyon şiddeti, cinsiyet ve anksiyete düzeyinden bağımsız biçimde var olduğu bulunmuştur. Zihin Kuramı defisitinin, diğer özellikleri ne olursa olsun depresyonu olan ergeni sağlıklılardan ayıran önemli bir etmen olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak zihin kuramı defisitinin depresyonun temel patolojisinde yer aldığı ve patolojinin varlığını (belki de ortaya çıkışını) diğer özelliklerinden bağımsız biçimde etkilediği düşünülmüştür.The objective of this study is to investigate whether adolescent patients have disorder in their theory of mind abilities compared to healthy control group and to analyze the relationship between theory of mind and depression symptoms, cognitive functions and social adaption. In this study, 30 adolescent patients with major depressive disorder and 31 healthy control group have been evaluated. Demographic information and medical history have been recorded, Kovaks Depression Scale for Children (CDI) Childhood Anxiety Scan Scale (CASS), Hinting Test, Eyes Test, Smarties Test, İce Cream Truck Test, WISC-R Intelligence Test has been implemented. For the adolescents with depression, the existence of the theory of mind deficit depression scale has been found independently from gender and anxiety level. It has been identified that theory of mind deficit is the foremost factor differs adolescents with depression from healthy adolescents. As a result, it considered that theory of mind deficit falls into the base pathology of the depression and influences the existence of the pathology (possibly generation of the pathology) independently from other features.
