Abstract
Bu araştırma Belgrad Ormanlarının (İstanbul) miksobiyotasımn belirlenmesi ve tespit edilen türlerin teşhisi üzerindedir. Şubat 2002 ve Ocak 2003 tarihleri arasında aylık olarak yapılan periyodik arazi çalışmaları ile bölgenin ekolojik ve klimatik özelliklerini örnekleyebilen alanlardan toplanan bitkisel materyaller üzerinde spesifik inkübasyon metottan uygulanmış, elde edilen fruktifikasyonlardan geçici ve daimi preparatlar hazırlanmış, uygun metotlar kullanılarak herbaryum oluşturulmuştur. Araştırma süresi boyunca bölgede doğal olarak gelişmiş olan örnekler de toplanmış ve yukarıda belirtilen işlemler uygulanmıştır. Yapılan çalışmada 25 cinse ait toplam 87 takson elde edilmiştir. Taksonomik çalışmalar Myxomycetlerin rruktifikasyonları üzerinde yapılan morfolojik incelemelere dayandırılmış, bu incelemeler sonucunda bölge Myxomycetlerinin dağılımları ile cins ve tür tayin anahtarları oluşturulmuştur.
The investigation's object is confirmed of the Belgrad Forests' (îstanbul) myxobiota and identified of these species. They have been some excursions to Belgrad Forests between February 2002 to January 2003, periodically. In these excursions, they have chosen some areas which had illustrate the ecological and elimatical feature of whole district. It has been brought to light to typical fructifications by using specific incubation techniques on bark and debrished material which were collected during the excursions. At the same time they has been harvested natural specimens. Specimens, which both have gathered from natural habitats and harvested with spesific techniques, have been made a herbarium. They were identified 87 species which have distibuted in 25 genus. This study was given genus and species keys, species descriptions, identifications, photographs and distributions in the district.
