Abstract

This research was carried out within the boundaries of Uludağ district of Bursa province between the years of 2002 and 2008. As a result of the study made in this area, 84 microfungi growth on 33 different host plants have been distinguished. The identified species of the Kingdom Fungi are: Ascomycota; 1 Classis, 4 Subclassis, 9 Orders, 13 Families, 21 Genera and 35 Species, Bacidiomycota; 2 Classis, 3 Order, 3 Families, 4 Genera and 6 Species and Deuteromycota; 2 Classis, 4 Orders, 5 Families, 28 Genera and 43 Species. With regard to microfungi, the richest families are Fagaceae (57 species) and Rosaceae (13 species). We have also distinguished microfungi which vary from 1 to 10 species on the other family members. In result, 13 species have been identified as new records for Turkey. The recorded microfungi revealed different relationships with their host plants. This consort relationships were positive, negative, indifferent and antagonistic. The 53,6% of microfungi have been colour spores.
