Abstract
Bu araştırmada 34 Mevsimsel, 41 Perennial Allerjik Rinit'li (A.R.) olguya çeşitli alerjenlerle spesifik deri testleri uygulandı. En sık test pozitifliği gösteren allerjenler sıklık sırasıyla Mevsimsel A.R. 'te Polenler (% 100), Mantarlar (% 61.7), Hayvan tüy ve epitelleri (% 38.2) ve Ev tozu mite'lan (% 35.2), Perennial A.R. 'te ise Mantarlar (% 73.1), Hayvan tay ve epitelleri (% 65.8), Ev tozu mite'lan (% 63.4), Polenler (% 51.2) idi. Mevsimsel A.R. 'te Polenler istatistiksel olarak Perennial A.R. 'e göre daha fazla test pozitifliği gösterdiler (p < 0.01). Perennial A.R. 'te ise Hayvan tüy ve epiteleri ve Ev tozu mite'lan Mevsimsel A.R.'e göre daha fazla pozitif test sonucu gösterdiler (p < 0.02). Mantarlar her iki grupta da yüksek oranda test pozitifliği gösterdiler ve istatistiksel analizde iki grup arasında fark bulunamadı. Mantariann Perennial A.R. 'te en sık rastlanan, Mevsimsel A.R. 'te ise ikinci sıklıkta rastlanan alerjik olmasının Bursa şehrinin iklim koşulları ile ilgili olduğu düşünüldü. Polenlerden ise en sıklıkla çam ve zeytin polenlerine karşı deri testi pozitifliği saptandı. Bu durumun da Bursa bölgesindeki ağaç florası ile ilgili olduğu düşünüldü.
In this study skin tests with various allergens were done to the cases 34 Seasonal Allergic Rhinitis (A.R.), 41 Perennial A.R. In the Seasonal A.R. the most positive skin tests were Polens (100 %), Fungi (61.7 %), Animal Danders (38.2 %) and House Dust Mites (35.2 %), but in Perennial A.R., Fungi (73.1 %), Animal Danders (65.8 %), House Dust Mites (63.4 %) and Po/ens (51.2 %). In the Seasonal A.R., Polens statiscally showed more positive test than Perennial A.R. (p < 0.01). In the Perennial A.R. Animal Danders and House Dust Mites showed more positive skin tests than Seasonal A.R. (p < 0.02). Fungi showed high rate positive test results in the two groups and there wasn't any difference in the statistical analysis. It was thought that Fungi were very important allergens in the two groups depending on the Bursa's climate. In the positive skin tests with polens, pinus and olea polens took an important role than the others. As a result we thought that this condition depends on the Tree Flora in Bursa.
