Abstract
Bu. makalede fermente bir süt ürünü olan kefir hakkında bilgi verilmiş, ayrıca kefir granülleri, kefir üretimi, kefirin mikroflorası ve insan sağlığı açısından yararlı etkileri tartışılmıştır.
In this article some information about kefır, a product of fermented milk has been given. In addition, the kefir graıns, the production and microflora of kefir and the beneficial effects of it to the human health have been discussed.
