Abstract

Turizm Sektörünü oluşturan işletmelerin başında konaklama işletmeleri gelmektedir. Turizm sektörünün başarısı bu işletmelerin verimli çalışmalarına bağlıdır. Çalışma alanı olarak Balıkesir yöresi seçilmiştir. Konaklama işletmelerinin verimliliğine etkileyen faktörler ve verimliliği artırabilmek için alınması gerekli önlemler açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır.At the beginning of the businesses that comprise the tourism industry are accommodation businesses.
