Abstract
Bu çalışma Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı'nın (EARGED) ilköğretim okulu fen bilgisi dersi (4. ve 8. Sınıflar için) taslak programı çalışmalarını akademik tartışma ortamlarına açması ve eğitim fakültelerinden öneri ve eleştiri istemesi üzerine, fen bilgisi müfredat programının oluşturulmasında katkı sağlamayı amaçlamaktadır. Yapılan incelemede, önerilen taslak programın çocuk gelişimi ve öğrenme basamakları, güncellik, merak aşılama, evrimsel bakış açısı kazandırma ve kavramsal yanılgılarını keşfetme konularında geliştirilmesi gerekli görülmektedir. Bu amaçla taslak program genel ve özel hedefler, içerik üzerinde incelemeler, öğrenme ve öğretme süreçleri, yöntem ve teknikler, araç gereç, ölçme ve değerlendirme, ve programın eleştirisi başlıkları altında incelenmiştir.
This study is intended to contribute the creation of detailed programs of science course upon the demands by M E. B (EARGED) for examination of the Elementary School Science Course (4th and 8th grade) model programs academically, and taking the suggestions and the critiques of educational faculties. In the examination, it is clear that the suggested model programs is necessary to be developed on these subjects; growing up and learning steps of children, actuality, causing curiosity, giving an evolutionary view and ensuring them to find out their misconceptions. With this purpose the model programs is examined under the headings of as; general and special objectives, examinations on the content, learning and teaching procedures, methods and techniques, materials, measuring and evaluation, and the critiques of programs.
