Abstract
Bu tez; kadın, darbe, toplumsal direniş gibi olguları ve bu olgular arasındaki ilişkiyi 15 Temmuz bağlamında sistematik bir şekilde anlaşılır kılmayı amaçlayan bir çalışmadır. Bunun için öncelikle Türk siyasal hayatındaki darbeler literatürü incelenmiş ve araştırmaya en uygun olduğu düşünülen kuramsal ve emprik yaklaşım benimsenmiştir. Sosyal bir olay olan 15 Temmuz darbe girişiminin ele alındığı bu çalışmada katılımcıların darbeye karşı eylemleri din sosyolojisi perspektifi ile ele alınmıştır. Bu çalışmadaki amacımız 15 Temmuz gecesi sokağa çıkan kadınların darbeye karşı gelme eylemlerine neden olan motivasyonlarının incelenmesidir. Araştırmanın sonucu kadınların dini ve milli değerlerden motive edici olarak etkilendiklerini ortaya koymaktadır. Karşı tepki gösteren kadınların hangi tip roller üstlendiklerini alan araştırması çerçevesinde sosyolojik bakış açısıyla anlama ve açıklama hedeflenmiştir.
This thesis aims to systematically make it understandable the facts such as women, coup, social resistance and the relationship between these phenomena in the context of 15 Temmuz. For this purpose, firstly the coups in Turkish political life literature were examined and the most appropriate theoretical approach was adopted. This study which discusses the 15 July coup attemp as a social event, the July 15 coup attempt was dealt with from the perspective of sociology of religion. This study aims to investigate the motivations which tempted women to go outside on the night of 15 July. The results of the study show that women's motivations were affected by religious and national values. Which types of roles women undertake during reaction is aimed to understand and explain from the sociological perspective within the scope of the field research.
