Abstract

Kariyer çalışmalar yeni bir aşamaya gelmiştir. Bu yeni kavramlaştırmalar iş dünyasındaki değişimlere yanıt verme yolları getirmektedir. Ancak, bu yeni gelişmeler sadece mevcut duruma ilave şeklinde olmaktadır ve uygulamacılar için yeni durumu anlama konusunda nereden başlayacakları zorluğunu gündeme getirmektedir. Bu makale bu durumu karşılamaya yönelik bazı adımlar önermekte ve tartışmaktadır.The study of career is entering a new phase. These new conceptualisations bring new ways of responding to the changes now taking place in the world of work. However, these new directions only add to the existing diversity and debate, making it difficult for practitioners to know where to start in their pursuit of a new understanding. This papers discuss and suggests some steps towards meeting them.
